Refund Policy

Printed / Embroidered garments cannot be exchanged/returned. Please ensure you supply correct, coherent details and garments sizes where required..

If you have not taken advantage of our printing services you can return your garments in their original packaging within 7 days for a full refund, minus the postage costs.

Delivery and payment

To ensure that all orders are received promptly and in excellent condition, all goods dispatched are sent to your address by specialist carriers at a cost of £7.99 up to £200, £9.99 above £200. Although we aim to despatch orders within 7 - 10 days of receipt, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of orders that require Sponsor / Number printing & Embroidery.

During busy periods you may experience delays due to heavy demand on our services, however you will be informed of any delays due to stock or processing difficulties.

ALL orders are subject to availability, and include V.A.T where applicable.

Because of continuous product development, products may differ slightly from those illustrated. Please also note that all pricing will comply with our terms and conditions of sale which are available upon request.
